6. 100% pressure-tightness test (CNAS certified) under 5.0 MPa for every single branch pipe before shipping out, unqualified ones would never be sold. Ex plosion limit of pressure is 10 MPa.

Q1 :What material is the product made of?

A1: Our product is made of C12200 copper, also called TP2.

Q2: Is there insulation available?

A2: Yes, our default insulation is made of EVA foam, and we have XPE which is more eco-friendly and expensive for option. Also we can provide insulation of your favorite material

Q3: Is the product tested with pressure for leakage?

A3: Every single pipe is tested with 5MPa (725PSI) air pressure for leakage before shipping.

Q4: Is the joint pipe brazed by hands?

A4: Most of our joint pipes are brazed by automation, for those models like branch header kits with complicated shapes we braze by hands, e.g.RBM-HY1043E for TOSHIBA VRF.

Q5: Is the product customizable?

A5: Yes, we have our own specifications, but can design or produce as per special requirement, including thicknesses, shapes, cleaning method, etc..
